If you are unhappy with your Student Salon or Student Spa service, you must contact the academy within 3 days of the service to book a corrective appointment and consultation with a Student Educator. Refunds on services will NOT be given and additional fees may apply.
Penrose Academy will gladly exchange, within 30 days of purchase, any retail product purchased in the Retail Lounge if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges will not be accepted without both of the following: a) a valid Penrose Academy receipt listing the purchased product and b) the unused portion of the product. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstances. Samples and complimentary items do not qualify for exchanges.
